FROM C5 SOUTH BOUND (TAGUIG, PASIG, AND PATEROS)

Take C-5 ROAD, upon reaching Tiendesitas, take the outer most lane of the road to make a right turn going to Ortigas Extension. Go straight all the way to Cainta Junction (Crossing).
